My role at Microsoft in the Mobile Embed Devices team was to envision, plan, develop and release deployment packages for client facing products. This work entailed working to clarify team goals and to increase operational efficiencies for the setup team.

My internal role, reporting to the CTO, was to evaluate the technical infrastructure that ICOR used for their internal operations and communications. In addition, I served as a Technical Lead on with several of ICOR Partners’ client companies such as the Department of Homeland Security OCIO and the House of Representatives.

I was enlisted to take on a Technical Lead position for the team and implement the principals that I enacted while working on the Envision project with Wachovia. Over the years the team integrated dozens of internal development groups and helped create migration plans for these teams such as Wealth Management, Investment Banking, CCBN and others.

·         Architected internal applications, conducted product reviews and introduced configuration management for the .NET systems.
